Dodge Fitness Center, 3030 Broadway, New York, NY 10027 Levien Gymnasium
For the past eleven years, Columbia employees have participated in the CCS Charity Basketball Tournament that brings employees, family and friends together. The money raised is used for annual grants that are distributed to the CCS organizations.

The Eleventh Annual Columbia Community Service Basketball Tournament is scheduled for Tuesday, January 14 and Thursday, January 16, 2020. The event will take place in the Levien Gymnasium located at Broadway and West 119th Street in the Dodge Physical Fitness Center.  All proceeds raised from this Event will support the Columbia Community Service 73rd Annual Appeal.

The event continues to grow - currently we have 8 teams Facilities & Operations, Public Safety, CUIT, Campus Services, Athletics, Academiks, Manhattanville and Manhattanville Fire Safety.  Our teams need you to come out and cheer them on as they play to help a worthy cause!

Team representatives and CCS Ambassadors will be selling tickets in advance of the tournament, and donations will be collected at the door. The suggested donation for each ticket is $10.00, which grants access to two evenings of basketball (1/14/20 and 1/16/20).  Seating for the tournament will be based on money raised, and the team that raises the most money will receive a Fundraising Trophy.

Tickets can also be purchased online by visiting the Donate page and selecting “Basketball” under the section “Would you like to attribute this donation to an event? If so, which one?” Please retain your receipt for access to the games.

If you have any questions regarding this process, please feel free to contact us.

The Event is open to Columbia University employees and their families.  Please share this information with other staff at Columbia University, Barnard College or Teachers College, to support the teams and to help make this year a success for Columbia Community Service.
