CCS Parent Office Gives $25K to Local Groups Addressing Urgent Food Insecurity Challenges

GCA has donated $25,000 to address urgent food insecurity challenges.

This week the New York City Health Department published data showing that many communities of color in the city are two-to-three times more likely to die from COVID-19. To support those most severely impacted by the pandemic in Upper Manhattan, Columbia University's Office of Government and Community Affairs (GCA) has donated $25,000 to community groups addressing urgent food insecurity challenges faced by needy families and the homeless.
